well if you have been developing with php for ages then stick to it, i mean using coldfusion will mean that you need to learn it, then pay for it!
Also if there is something wrong with php ie you think it is taking long to develop then you can always post about it in php forum, i mean things like "i am using this, is there a faster way"!!
as a head start you may want to use OOP in php or frameworks. although you will have to learn these methods, they will still be free hence an advantage over coldfusion.
Oh and i have nothing against coldfusion, i am learning it myself because i want to come out of the "php" only guy and experience other languages lol.. |
