Is there anyone here that can give me some direction please?
FYI: I am not well versed in photoshop and I am sure that is a big reason why this is proving to be a challenge for me.

At the above site the background looks as if it is raised. I know this must be done in photoshop or indesign but I can't seem to replicate the effect. I don't need the fancy design-just how to create the gradient and duplicate for each side. The other challenge I have is how to get enough white space in between the colors to put the content of the website.
Is there anyone here that can give me some direction please?
